` FINAL PLAT ,AND MASTER PLAN SUBMISSION -'The. development dats ic-submitted to the City after the Preliminary <br />Plan for a .project to.`be approved by.the. City. It. should contain the Final Subdivision Plat.and the Final Master Plan for the <br />project with all changes and other data requested thru the Preliminary Plan procedure. <br />FINAL STABILIZATION - means that either: <br />a) Alll soil disturbing activities. at the site have been: completed .and a ctnYonn .(e.g., evenlydistributed; without large Bare: <br />areas) perennial vegetative cover with a density of 70% of the native background vegetative cover for the large area has <br />been established on: allunpaved: areas and areas not covered by .permanent structures; or equivalent permanent. <br />stabilization measures (such as the use of rip -rap, gabions, or geotextiles) have been employed; or <br />b) For individual lots in residential construction by either- <br />(i) The.homebuilder completingfinal stabilization. as specifed'albave; or <br />(ii) The homebuilder establishing temporary stabikatigr ;.
