NOTE: The comp plans has many references to this need for landscaping and. border vegetation interface) 14).Remove all "off-street parking:." regulations that pertain to "business uses" (this has been requested. by Bob uzpen). All business parking regulations should now be contained in the Gateway section of the Zoning Ordination. P.E.NOTE: 1 have already removed all of the business off-street parking regulations in my suggested changes. 15) Review 'the°' interactions" between the Zoning Ordinance and the other related Ordinances and how they work. The only disti=ict that NOW makes. any sense is the Gateway District. Should only concealed antenna monopoles and/or stealthy concealment as part of existing or newly built structures be allowed ?
