B) the verticality of any facade.:in question shall be: interrupted by roof line(s),. deck(s), bow/bay <br />window.(s); or other such three-dimensional architectural feature(s) which preclude the creation of <br />an unintm-rupted vertical plane of -greater than thirty -fine.
