Related Zoning Ordinance Revision Considerations ( Page 67 & 68) <br />All new construction plans (residential and commercial) must be reviewed by a plan review <br />committee. This plan. review committee will need to update plan review check lists to allow for <br />newer districts. <br />Appropriate changes must be made in the zoning ordinance to identify the land uses for each of <br />these districts and other appropriate principal. uses , allowed .accessory uses and conditional uses <br />need to be examined and possibly updated.. <br />The water body called Gem Lake has been identified as having no outlet. Inlets. to Gem Lake <br />must be filtered and flow control added <br />The storm water section of the zoning ordinance may have to be modified. to the required.updates <br />from VLAWMO and RWMWD <br />Shore lime management —The protected distances, now in the zoning ordinance, should be <br />rev ewed.-against DNR regulation to see if any changes are needed. <br />Subdivision regulations — The City of Gem Lake has adopted a new set of: subdivision <br />regulations.
