NO. 08-10 <br />EXTRACT OF .MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA <br />HELD ON OCTOBER 21 st; 2008 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the.Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Gem Lake, Minnesota, was duly held in said City on October 21, 2008, at 7;00 O'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Councilors; Emeott, Watson, Artig-Swomley, Rasmussen <br />and Schilling, and the following members were absent: none.. <br />Councilor Schilling introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION CERTIFYING DELINQUENT SEWER CHARGES <br />(AUDITOR NO. 37090001) TO COUNTY AUDITOR BE IT RESOLVED BY THE: <br />CITY COUNCIL OF GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That pursuant to Section 4.13;2, of Ordinance No. Z4E, the Clerk, is hereby authorized <br />and directed to certify to the Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota, the delinquent sewer charges on the <br />following described parcels of real estate In the City of Gem Lake,. <br />27-30-22-43-0017 393:00 <br />27-3 0-22-43- 0014 197.00 <br />27-30-22-42-oou 530:00 <br />$1,129,00: <br />The motion of the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilor Watson, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted In favor thereof: Councilors; Emeoif, Watson <br />and Schilling, the following voted against the some, None. <br />Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA } <br />} <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY } <br />} <br />CITY OF GEM LAKE I <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, Minnesota, <br />DO HEREBY CERTIFY, that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing Extract of Minutes of <br />the Regular Meeting of the City Council of said City held on the 21st day of October, 2008, with the <br />original on file In my office and that the same Is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as <br />the same relates to a Resolution directing certification of Delinquent Sewer Charges. <br />WITNESS my hand as such Clerk and the City Cleric's seal this 21st day of October,. 2008. <br />CITY CLERK <br />0ITY OF GEM.
