EXHIBIT A <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING A <br />PROPOSED PROPERTY TAX ABATEMENT <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake, Minnesota (the <br />"City") will meet on Tuesday, June 20, 2017, at or after 7:00 PM in the City Council Chambers at <br />Heritage Hall, 4200 Otter Lake Road in the City, to hold a public hearing concerning a proposal that the <br />City abate all or a portion of property taxes levied by the City on the properties located in the following <br />areas of the City (the "Property"): <br />273022340010 <br />273022340009 <br />273022340006 <br />283022440012 <br />283022440011 <br />283022440013 <br />273022330011 <br />273022330016 <br />273022310003 <br />273022310010 <br />The total amount of the taxes proposed to be abated by the City on the Property is estimated not <br />to exceed $550,000.
