City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2017 — 08 <br />A RESOLUTION TO REPLOT 11 AND 19 DANIELS FARM ROAD IN THE CITY OF GEM <br />LAKE MINNESOTA 55110. <br />WHEREAS, Benjamin M. Johnson and Sherri L. Johnson, ("Johnson), the property owners at <br />11 Daniels Farm Road agreed to purchase a portion of the property at 19 Daniels Farm road and <br />Johnson applied to the City of Gem Lake for a minor subdivision as depicted on the attached <br />Exhibit A. <br />WHEREAS, The property owner at 11 wishes to create new plots for 11 and 19 Daniels Farm <br />Road in the City of Gem Lake. Nineteen has approximately 6.36 acres associated with the <br />property. Approximately 6.18 acres (Parcel B on Exhibit A) will stay with the 19 address and <br />approximately .18 acres will be added to 11 Daniels Farm Road. (Parcel A on Exhibit A). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEM <br />LAKE, MINNESOTA, that effective immediately the replotting and minor subdivision to <br />subdivide 19 Daniels Farm Road into Parcel A and Parcel B as depicted on the attached Exhibit <br />A and add said Parcel A to 11 Daniels Faun Road is approved. <br />WHEREUPON, the above resolution was adopted at the July 18a', 2017, regular City Council <br />Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County, Minnesota, made by Councilmember Artig- <br />Swomley and seconded by Councilmember Lindner with a vote of 4 yea, 0 na. <br />ATTEST <br />I, William Short, the duly qualified City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County of Ramsey, <br />State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a true and accurate <br />representation of action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on July 18, 2017. <br />7-IS--I:2 <br />Date <br />4illi;m Short, City Clerk <br />- 1U• I -I <br />Date <br />719853-0 <br />Mayor <br />
