City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2017 — 11 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO DISTRIBUTE A <br />PORTION OF THE GAMBLING FUNDS TO WHITE BEAR LAKE FOOD BANK <br />AND THE WHITE BEAR LAKE SENIOR PROGRAM MEALS ON WHEELS <br />PROGRAM <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake participates in the distribution of gambling funds <br />from the Country Lounge, <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake distributes these funds to local schools and charities, <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer is authorized to send to White Bear Lake <br />Food Shelf the amount of $1000.00 for the City of Gem Lakes contribution for the year <br />and $1,000.00 for The White Bear Lake Senior Program Meals on Wheels <br />WHEREUPON, the above resolution was adopted at the September 19a' at the regular <br />City Council Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County Minnesota, made by <br />Councilmember Lindner and seconded by Councilmember Artig-Swomley. <br />ATTEST <br />I, William Short, the duly qualified City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a true and <br />accurate representation of action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on <br />the date first written. <br />17 <br />t1ill1$iain Short, City Clerk Date <br />
