NO. 2017-17 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA <br />HELD ON OCTOBER 17, 2017 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Gem <br />Lake, Minnesota, was duly held at Heritage Hall, 4200 Otter Lake Road, on October 17, 2017, at 7:00 <br />o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Councilmembers Kuny, Lindner and Mayor Uzpen. <br />RESOLUTION CERTIFYING DELINQUENT FIRE CHARGES <br />(AUDITOR NO. 37130001) TO COUNTY AUDITOR BE IT RESOLVED BY THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That pursuant to Section 4.13.2, of Ordinance No. 64E, the Clerk, is hereby authorized <br />and directed to certify to the Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota, the delinquent fire charges on the <br />following described parcels of real estate in the City of Gem Lake: <br />PROPERTY ID NO. AMOUNT <br />27-30-22-43-0017 $280.00 <br />Total Delinquent Charges $280.00 <br />The motion of the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly introduced by council member <br />Lindner and seconded by council member Kuny, and upon vote being taken the resolution passed. <br />Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, Minnesota, <br />DO HEREBY CERTIFY, that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing Extract of Minutes of <br />the Regular Meeting of the City Council of said City held on the 17th day of October, 2017, with the original <br />on file in my office and that the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same <br />relates to a Resolution directing certification of Delinquent Fire Charges. <br />WITNESS my hand as such Clerk and the City Clerk's seal this 17th day of October, 2017. <br />Oilliam Short, City Clerk, City of Gem Lake, Minnesota <br />
