Minutes approved, <br />Committee Reports <br />None — noted:that Cou ncilmern be r Lindner stated that the Planning Commission meeting did take place <br />with a report to the Commission updating them on revisionsto. the Ord inance.43 and the Gateway <br />ordinance: <br />Did Business <br />Newsletter ideas: Blake Huffman, County Commissioner lead story, Waste Management recycling <br />report, trash to treasure reminder, rain garden seminar, flag pole update, water project construction <br />starting in April, schedule on construction project, severe weather awareness, Montessori school <br />.history, Goose Lake road. under pass, utility billing information. <br />New Business <br />Resolution 2016-06 Nate Tessier Scholarship, <br />A motion was made by CounciImember Lindner, seconded by Councilmember Bosak to approve a <br />$1,000 scholarship.for Nate Tessier. Motion passed. <br />Resolution 2016-01 <br />A motion.was made by Councilmem.ber Lindner, seconded by Councilmember Bosak to approve "A Start <br />By Believing Community" initiative from Ramsey County. Motion passed. <br />S.E.H. Municipal Water Connection Ordinance <br />The cash connection ordinance will.be a discussion item. at the City Council workshop.1n May. Discussed <br />whether or not we needed two ordinances, one for sewer, one for water. Mr. Gese will check with. <br />Attorney Kelly.
