NA <br />For the year:the City has received 1.15% of the. budgeted revenue through the end of the first <br />quarter,.whioh is behind last year at this time. However, business; liquor, and tobacco licenses <br />which are renewed at the beginning, were recorded as revenue 2015 and have not yet been <br />record as revenue in 2016. Also. building permit. revenue is also down from $4,438.0.0 In 2015 to <br />$592.75 in 2016. Generally, as the weather warms up so does permit activity resulting in <br />increases in those revenue sources. The. City has also received it .one-time revenue for police <br />state aid of $4,401,00 in 2015 which is yet to be recorded for 2016. The chart on the following <br />page compares .budget: to actual revenues for the last three years. For this chart the. monthly <br />revenues are 111 2th of the total revenge budget. with the exception of property taxes which. are <br />included in the July and December budget. numbers only. One can see that: revenues are down <br />compared to previous year for the reasons noted above.. The revenues will be adjusted to <br />include $ 1;300 for various licenses and $7,912 of sheriff cost adjustments both of which were <br />received at the beginning of April. <br />
