In addition.to: posting, the city must also mail or deliver notice to. each. person who has filed. a <br />written request for .notice of special ineetirigs with the city. Notice to these individuals roust be <br />mailed or delivered at least three days before the meeting. As an. alternative to mailing .or <br />delivering the. notice, the city may publish the notice.once in its official newspaper at .[east: three <br />days before the meeting. If there is. no city newspaper, notice must be published in a qualified <br />newspaper of general circulation that covers the city.
