U pen called the: meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Councilmembers Artig-Swomley, Bosak and <br />Lindnerarid Kuny were present. Others in attendance: Jonathan Beseman and Mike Donnelly; Waste <br />Management, Justin Gese, City Engineer, Patrick Kelly, City Attorney, Paul Emeott, Tom Hansen, Lori <br />Kirchhamer and Shawn Pehrson, members of the. community. <br />June-21, 2016,.Agenda <br />A motion was.made by Councilmember Lindner, seconded by Councilmember Artig-Swo m ley. to approve <br />the agenda forJune.21, 2016, motion passed. Agenda approved. <br />Minutes <br />CoundIrember Bosak made a motion; seconded :by Councilmember Artig-Sworn I ey to approve the <br />minutes for the May 17, 2016, City Council meeting, motion passed. Motion passed. <br />Temporary Ordinance 128 — Interim Ordinance to establish a moratoriurn <br />Councilmember Lindner made a motion, .seconded by Councilmember Artig-5womley to approve <br />Temporary Ordinance 128 — Interim 0rdin.ance to establish a moratorium. Motion passed, <br />Otter Lake petition for sewer from Lori_ Kirchhamer <br />Shawn Pehrson and Lori Kirchhamer presented the results of Ms. Kirchhamer s petition for sewer, The <br />petition is still in progress; clarification of assessments were discussed.
