If based on an <br />inspection by the City this portion of the sewer service requires repair <br />the City shall assume al I costs associated with the repair. The :own.er of <br />the premises :shall be liable for all repairs required to the portion of the <br />sewer service from the connection point to the residence. <br />(S) Maintenance.
