E. Fi., updated the council on the MS4 program. The city. -should expect an audit by the <br />MPCA within the next 1:-3 years:. A motion was made. by Councilmem.b.er ArtigmSwomley to pass <br />Resolution 2016-111; MS4 report. Seconded by Councilmember Lindner: Motion passed. <br />RarnseV Cou nty Sheriff's De artment discussion on needs and 2017.bud et <br />Terry Soukkala., Undersheriff for the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department gave an overview of the <br />Sheriff's Department, budget projections and community outreach:. <br />Approve Contract with Waste __ManaKement for Ree clin . <br />Councilmehiber Artig-Swomley made a motion to. approve the recycling contract with Waste <br />Management, seconded by Councilmember Lindner.
