Upon <br />satisfaction that the proposed work will conform to the provisions of. this. Ordinance, the <br />Department strall issue a written permit authorizing construction. of the SSTS.as designed.. In the <br />event the applicant ruakes. a. significant ehange.to the.approved application, the applicant must <br />contact the Department prior to initiating or continuing construction, :modification, or operation <br />to detertnine whether an amended application will be necessary,. as determined :by the <br />Department, If determined necessary, the app1iaant.shalI file. an amended application detaiIins <br />the. changed conditions for approval prior to initiating or continuing construction,. mod1Aca#ion, <br />or operation for approval or denial.
