STATUTES, <br />SECTION 475.6I <br />WHEREAS, there is. on hand for General Obligation Bonds, the sum of <br />$3,949.50 which is in excess of current requirements for payment of principal and <br />interest of said. bonds, - <br />NOW,. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF GEM. LAKE, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That the Ramsey County Auditor be instructed to reduce the levy <br />for the year 2016 for collection in the year 2017 previously certified in <br />accordance with provisions of Section 475.61, Subd. 3 of `Minnesota Statutes; as <br />follows: <br />ISSUED PROPOSED REDUCTION AMOUNT <br />LEVY LEVIED <br />GO REFUNDING 20 PSA $ 79,936:50 $ a,949.504 75,997.00 <br />2.
