Building permit. <br />revenue is up slightly from $6,452.15 in 2015 to $9,$34.52 in 2016. The other revenue decline <br />in 2016 is that the City has not received an administration fee for issuing conduit debt for <br />Presbyterian Hermes in the amount of $42.268.00 and the $4,469.00 in local government aid <br />(LGA) which was not anticipated as it did in 2015. The. City did receive its first. half property tax <br />settlement in July in the amount of $124,127.90 which is 55% of levied property taxes. The <br />chart below compares budget to actual revenuesfor the last three years.
