CANNABIS MICROBUSINESS CUP <br />Evaluating the Conditional Use Permit for a Cannabis Microbusiness <br />•The applicant requests consideration of a CUP for property located at 3550 <br />Hoffman Road to allow for a Cannabis Microbusiness and operation of a <br />cannabis cultivation business. <br />•The business has received Preliminary Approval from MN OCM for a Microbusiness <br />Cannabis License (MICRO-A25-001329) to cultivate cannabis. No retail endorsement <br />is included or desired. <br />•Cannabis microbusinesses are a conditional use within the Gateway Zoning per <br />Ordinance 147, Section 4.2. Following local zoning approval, the City will report <br />compliance to the State Office of Cannabis Management (OCM). <br />•CUP processes are governed by Ordinance 131, Section 17.5 requiring review and a <br />public hearing at the Planning Commission. <br />7 <br />8
