<br /> Building Permit Fees: Building permit fees are either flat fee or based on current state valuation costs,
<br />plus Minnesota state surcharge. Permit fees not listed in the flat fee chart are based on valuation. See

<br />Building Permit Fees Based on Valuation - Minnesota Statute 326B.153 Building Permit
