See the Subdivision Ordinance (Section 5.4) <br />for details. <br /> <br />Escrow amounts for expenses are used to pay for outside consultants hired by the city to help evaluate <br />items provided for a specific action as well as publication for public hearings and other such expenses. <br />Excess money not used will be returned to the person who paid the escrow at the end of the project. <br />Expenses that exceed the escrow amount will be billed to the applicant at the end of the project. <br />A Late Charge of $35.00 plus 1% per month will be charged if payment for services billed is not paid <br />within 30 days after invoicing. This billing will be updated every 30 days until it is paid. <br /> <br />Right-Of-Way Fees Fee <br />Excavation Permit <br /> Hole Excavation $125.00 <br /> Emergency Hole $55.00 <br /> Trench $125.00 + $70.00 per 100 lineal feet of trench <br />Obstruction Permit $50.00, plus $0.05 per lineal foot of obstruction <br />Utility Permit for Work in Right-of- <br />Way City Area <br />$200.00 per request <br />Small Wireless Facility Permit $150.00 <br />Small Wireless Facility - Colocation <br />Agreement <br />$150.00 per year for rent to collocate on a city structure, plus <br />$25.00 per year for maintenance associated with the <br />collocation. <br />Monthly fee for electrical service as follows: <br />• $73.00 per radio node less than or equal to 100 maximum <br />watts; <br />• $182.00 per radio node over 100 maximum watts; or <br />• The actual costs of electricity, if the actual cost exceed <br />the foregoing <br />Permit Extensions $55.00 <br />Restoration Deposit $5,000 (June 2025) <br />Delay Penalty Fee $60.00 for the first three (3) days of delay, and <br />$10.00 per day thereafter <br />
