Kodiak Power <br />Systems thanks the City of Gem for the proposal opportunity on your new generator project. We understand the importance <br />of your generator service and will stand by your side and by our work when the emergency generators are called into action. <br />This proposal includes the Cost associated with the new generator install at City Hall. The details given below are intended to <br />layout the required steps to complete a "Full Turnkey Solution". The costs are based on information gathered during our site <br />visit on 01/30/26. <br />-Instillation of new generator pad <br />-Instillation of new 45kva generator onto generator pad. <br />-Completing the installation of electrical conductors into the new generator. <br />-Completing the installation of gas supply pipe. <br />-Completing the startup and commissioning of the new generator. <br />-Provide completed commissioning paperwork as proof of new generator proper operation. <br />Optional Services. <br />*Extended Warranty Beyond Manufacturer’s Warranty <br />*Annual Generator Services by Kodiak Power Systems. <br />Note, <br />*Price Escalation: This Proposal is based upon existing taxes, tariffs, and regulations. Any increase in costs caused by any <br />local, state, federal, foreign, or other governmental law, regulation, tax, tariff, or other burden applicable to the goods or <br />services to be supplied by us and imposed after the date of this Proposal, including but not limited to increased burdens on <br />the ownership, storage, processing, production, import of, transportation, distribution, use, or sale of the goods or services <br />provided under this Proposal will be added to the price of the goods and services. <br />Sales tax exemption must be provided if project is exempt. <br />Service #Description Quantity <br />Electrical Services Electrical Service to be performed <br />-Install 36KW generator and 400A 120/208V NEMA 3R SE Automatic Transfer Switch. <br />-ATS to be installed on the right side of the CT cabinet on the exterior wall. <br />-Generator pad and sidewalk panel removal/replacement are included. <br />-Install and wire annunciator in back hallway <br />-Electrical permit is included. <br />1.00 <br />Mechanical Service Mechanical Service to be performed <br />-Dig trench 12" deep from house meter, through grate in side walk and up to new generator <br />location. Approximate trench to be 15'-20' in total. <br />-Furnish and install 3/4" PE plastic 2lb gas line and connectors from building meter up to new <br />generator. <br />-Altger piping as gas meter for connection of new high pressure gas line to generator. <br />-Install shut off valve and test port on new gas line. <br />-Install gas regulator on gas line. <br />- Complete hook up of gas line to new generator. <br />-New gas regulator <br />- Permit with inspections. <br />-Assist customer with coordination to have gas utility meter size increased to accommodate new <br />generator. <br />1.00
