CAPITAL. IMPROVEMENT FUNDS <br />ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION: <br />The Capital Improvement Funds pay the construction costs of the City's infrastructure <br />improvements. Capital improvement funds use the modified accrual basis of accounting; <br />however, the cash basis of accounting. will be used for budgetary purposes only.
