Upon motion by Linder and seconded by Lindner, the agenda was approved *by a vote of 4-0. Sign in sheet: Mike Greenbaum, Newtrax; Inr., JackMayeron, Barnett Companies. Artig-Swomley invited the courrcil.tocomment ahthe: non -conforming use permit — Barnett Properties/Jack *Mayeron for Newtrax, PAIR Merrick Inc. The council agreed they liked the idea of a 60 month effective permit. Comments were then invited from the. public. Mike Greenbaum; Newtrax, thanked the City Council and the Plainnifig Ceramission far their accommodations. Mr. Greenbaum pointed out that Newtrax:is a member organization and requested that the.
