The updates <br />include: <br />• :Stating that the City of Gem Lake does not have plans to add additional lanes to any <br />of its roads. <br />• Clarifying proposed road realignment for Otter Lake Road and County Road F <br />• Clarifying proposed road. realignment of Daniel's Farm Road to International Drive 1 <br />County Road E. <br />• Removing Lake Area Bus. dial -a -ride. <br />• Updates to Transit Market Area III by including more information on commuter transit <br />services,.. <br />• Identifying that there are no transit facilities. in Gem Lake. <br />• Updating the name of St. Anthony Railroad Spur Trail Search Corridor. <br />• Removing Table 5.6 as a redundancy and not needed. <br />Updating Table 5.3. <br />Remaining Issues: <br />• Wastewater Plan needs updates identified by Met Council. <br />• Addressing Table 5-6 which shows no minimum density, for residential land uses. Staff <br />will work with Met Council to address this. <br />• Include a map that shows redevelopment sites. <br />
