City Engineer recommends that the City not sell the land because of future utility needs. City Attorney Patrick Kelly said there is a warranty deed on Outlot A and land that. has been donated to the City has to be held in trust. Mr. Kelly will research regulations for city donated land and report back to the Council at the February City Council meeting. The lilacs on Daniels. Farm Road: were briefly discussed. Daniels Farm Road Associa..tion is willing to continue to maintain the lilacs, Costs associated with the lilac upkeep last year were.over $1,000.
