City of Gem Lake. <br />City Council Meeting w bece.mber 18, 2018. <br />Meeting Minutes <br />Acting Mayor Ardg-Swomley called the meeting to order at 7.00 p.m. Councilmembers Artig-Swomley, <br />Cacioppo,. Lindner and Kuny were present. Mayor Uzpen was absent (excused). Dthers in attendance: <br />Emily. Erdahl,. Engineer S.E.H., City Engineer Justin Gese, Planning. Bennett Icing, Liziie Qhmann. <br />December 18 201$ Agenda <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Lindner; seconded byCounciImember Cacioppo to approve. the <br />agenda :with the additions a charitable gambling donation to Newtrax and the. approval of the special <br />city council meeting on November 15, 201$, motion passed. Agenda approved.. <br />Minutes <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Lindner, seconded by Councilmember Cacioppo to approve the <br />November 20, 2018, City Council minutes. Motion passes, minutes' approved. <br />Minutes-5 ecial Ci Council meetin <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Lindner, seconded by Councilmember Cacioppo to approve the <br />minutes for the Special City Council meeting, November 15, 2018. Motion passes, minutes approved. <br />Committee. Reports- Plan nin .Commission <br />Planning Commission Chair Ben Johnson reported on the November 71h meeting.
