Others in attendance: City Engineer <br />Justin Gese. <br />April 162019 Agenda <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Lindner to add to. the agenda, 4140 Otter Lake Road and MNTAP <br />Intern, seconded. by Councilmember Caccioppp. A motion was made by Councilmember Lindner, <br />seconded by Councilmember Cacioppo to approve the agenda with changes, motion passed. Agenda <br />approved. <br />Minutes <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Lindner; seconded by Councilmember Cacioppo to approve the <br />March 19, City Council minutes. Motion passes,. minutes approved. <br />Newsletter <br />Water Gremlin article, 2019 Scholarship.Awards, Snow removal article, <br />New Business <br />Brian Hansen Garden Permit-- Gem Lake Gardens County Road E <br />A motion was made. by Councilmember Lindner, seconded by Councilmember Caciappo to approve the <br />Garden Permit for Gem Lake. Gardens. Motion passed, permit approved. <br />Resolution 2019-04 Adjust Interest Rate on 5cheuneman Road bond <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Cacioppo, seconded by Councilmember Lindner to approve <br />Resolution 2019-04 Adjust interest rate anScheuneman Road bond. Motion passed, Bond Rate <br />adjusted. <br />Resolution 2019-03 2019 Scholarship Award <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Lindner, seconded by Councilmember Cacioppo to approve <br />$1000.00 scholarships to E. Marier, M, Pratt and I. Tessier. Motion passed;. scholarships approved. <br />New Letterhead Design <br />Tabled to May, 2619, City Council meeting. <br />Approve Oswald sale of Propertv to Luther Group and changes -to the Land Use Ordinance <br />A motion was made by Councilmember Linder, second by Councilmember Cacioppo to approve the sale <br />of the Oswald property at 3516 Highway 61, Gem Lake, to The Luther. Company, LLLP, and add the <br />following warding to the ordinance #131, Consolidated Land Use Ordinance, Section 9.65, "When an <br />approved use in an abutting community is proposed to expand into Gem Lake, that. use shall be <br />considered a.Conditional Use in Gem Lake.
