City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2021-003 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF GEMIAKE TO ENTER INTO A SERVICES <br />RATE AGREEMENT WITH: WHITE BFAR TOWNSHIP <br />WHEREAS, the-Oiy of Gem Lake and White Bear Township entered into. an. agreement for <br />services in 2007, <br />WHEREAS, the Gity-of:Cem Lake and White Bear Township agreed to revisit their rate <br />structure for services fropa time to time;. <br />WHEREAS, the City. o£:Gem.Lake..and White Bear Township agreed that White Bear Township <br />Will charge $95.00.for all services (Accounting Clerk/Receptionist, Building Inspector,.
