City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolgtion No. 2021-008 <br />September21, 2021 <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE PRELIMINARY AMOUNT TO BE RAISED BY <br />FROPERTY TAXATION FOR THE YEAR 2022 <br />WHEREAS; the City Treasurer has.presented a (proposed) General Fund Budget of <br />$572;628.00 which inoludes-a (Pxoposed) General Tale Levy of$520,778.00 and a. Debt Tax <br />Levy of $87,282A for fjscal:and calendar year 2022 based upon best estimates of costs for <br />ronning the City of -Gem Lake in. 2022; and <br />WHEREAS, the estimates were reviewed by the City Council :on 17 August, 2021 and amended <br />based upon best information received from outside contractors and input from City Council, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of.the City of Gem Lake does <br />formally adopt the .:2022 Preliminary.
