The following structures can be erected within setbacks as long as no part of the structure is closer to the front of <br />the lot than the rear of the principal structure: <br /> <br />1. Fences. <br /> <br />1. Fences may only be placed directly on the property line with the written permission of the <br />adjacent property owner and when maintenance free materials are used; and <br /> <br />2. All other fences may only be installed with adequate setback from adjacent property lines to <br />provide for owner maintenance; and <br /> <br />3. All fences installed within the set-back area must provide for a finished facade facing adjacent <br />property. <br /> <br />2.
