MEMORANDUM <br />TO: <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />FROM: <br />PATTI WALSTAD <br />DATE: <br />JANUARY 8, 2013 <br />SUBJECT: COUNTRY LOUNGE <br />It is again time for the City Council to consider approving renewals of the licenses <br />for the Country Lounge located at 3590 Hoffman Road. The Country Lounge held <br />the following licenses for 2012: <br />On -Sale & Sunday Liquor License <br />Tobacco Sales <br />Charitable Gambling <br />I have received the applications for the On -Sale & Sunday Liquor Licenses and <br />the Tobacco Sales. All fees have been paid. I will be receiving the Certificate of <br />Insurance listing the City of Gem Lake as an additional insured for 2013. <br />I have also had the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department perform background <br />checks, and they are all clear. <br />The necessary paperwork for the 2:00 a.m. closing is also complete and <br />attached. <br />Reauested Action: <br />Approve the renewals of the following licenses for the period of January 1, 2013 <br />through December 31, 2013, for the Country Lounge, 3590 Hoffman Road by <br />Resolution: <br />• On -Sale & Sunday Liquor License <br />Tobacco Sales License <br />Charitable Gambling License <br />C 2:00 a.m. Sales Approval <br />and authorizing execution by the Mayor and Clerk, and further authorizing staff to <br />forward the documents to the Alcohol and Gambling Enforcement Division of the <br />State of Minnesota <br />Psw/S <br />cc:adminladd.file <br />b:ccuntry-13 <br />
