NO. 2013-11 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES O�_MEETING_OF THE_CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA <br />HELD ON OCTOBER 15, 2013 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Gem <br />Lake, Minnesota, was duly held in said City on October 15, 2013, at 7:00 O'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Uzpen, Council Member Artig-Swomley, Council <br />Member Lindner, Council Member Rasmussen and Council Member Bosak. <br />RESOLUTION CERTIFYING DELINQUENT SEWER CHARGES <br />(AUDITOR NO. 37130001) TO COUNTY AUDITOR BE IT RESOLVED BY THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That pursuant to Section 4.13.2, of Ordinance No. 64E, the Clerk, is hereby authorized <br />and directed to certify to the Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota, the delinquent sewer charges on the <br />following described parcels of real estate in the City of Gem Lake: <br />PROPERTY ID NO.
