RESOLUTION NO.2013 -10 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGES TO THE 2008 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Gem Lake, found it necessary to update sections of the <br />2008 Comprehensive Plan to, <br />• Correct definitions and outdated city plans <br />By this Resolution. the City Council hereby approves the changes to the 2008 <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was made <br />by Council Member Lindner and seconded by Council Member Artig-Swomley with 5 votes in <br />favor and 0 votes in opposition. <br />'N <br />Dated: November 19th, 13 <br />William Short, City Clerk <br />
