City of Gem Lake <br />Resolution NO. 2013-17 <br />17 December 2013 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING TRANSFERS OF CERTAIN FUND FOR 2013 <br />Whereas, part of the 2014 budget process, it was determined that additional funds would be <br />available from the projected 2013 budget. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake hereby <br />authorize the following operating transfers: <br />Fund Transfer In <br />401— Improvement Fund <br />Future Improvements $70,000.00 <br />100 —General Fund <br />The foregoing Resolution was offered by Councilor <br />declared adopted based upon the following vote: <br />Transfer Out <br />$ 70, 000.00 <br />and supported by Councilor and was <br />Name Uzpen Lindner Kuny <br />Vote <br />Bosak I Artig-Swoml <br />ATTEST <br />I, Bill Short, the duly qualified City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County of Ramsey, State of <br />Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution is a true and accurate representation of <br />action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on the date first written. <br />Bill Short, City Clerk Date <br />
