City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No.2012 — 07 <br />September 18, 2012 <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING INDIVIDUALS AND FIRMS TO PERFORM THE <br />FUNCTIONS NECESSARY FOR SUPPORTING THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE <br />CITY OF GEM LAKE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br />WHEREAS, the individuals identified have agreed to serve in the appointed position <br />identified for the period September 2012 to 31 December 2015 or until replaced by <br />another in an updated resolution. <br />Planning Commission Members <br />Derek Wippich as Planning Commission Commissioner <br />Daniel Marier as Planning Commission Commissioner <br />Beth Herzog as Planning Commission Commissioner <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was proposed by Council <br />member and was duly seconded by Council member and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the resolution vote was votes in favor of the resolution and against. <br />the motion. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the City Council of <br />the City of Gem Lake, on September 18, 2012. <br />I� <br />ATTEST: <br />Robert Uzpen, Mayor William F.
