MEMORANDUM <br />Date: January 19, 2010 <br />To Gem Lake City Council <br />From Jessie Hart, Treasurer <br />Re: 4th Quarter / Unaudited YTD 2009 Financial Report <br />The year 2009 is now over. Attached for your review are the December 31, 2009 <br />Financial Reports. These reports are preliminary as a number of audit adjustments have <br />not yet been made, however, those adjustments should not impact significantly the <br />attached information. <br />Preliminary audit work is scheduled for the week of February 16th —19th and final audit <br />work is scheduled for the weeks of March 22"d — April 2"d. It is anticipated that the final <br />audit will be presented at the regular meeting in May. <br />
