MEMORANDUM <br />TO: <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />FROM: <br />PATTI WALSTAD <br />DATE: <br />JANUARY 25, 2010 <br />SUBJECT: FEES FOR TOWNSHIP SERVICES <br />On January 20, 2007, the City of Gem Lake and White Bear Township entered <br />into a Joint Services Agreement which outlined services that the Township would <br />provide to the City, and included in the Agreement is Appendix A which outlines <br />the staff billing rates to be charged. <br />At this time I have drafted a Second Amendment to Joint Services Agreement <br />Between the Town of White Bear and the City of Gem Lake which authorizes <br />amendment of Appendix A to reflect current Township staff billing rates. I have <br />also added "Equipment Billing Rates" which could be charged if Township <br />equipment is required. <br />Requested Action: <br />Approve the Second Amendment to Joint Services Agreement Between the <br />Town of White Bear and the City of Gem Lake which authorizes amendment of <br />Appendix A to reflect current Township staff billing rates, and authorize execution <br />by the Mayor and Clerk. <br />PSW/s <br />Madmin.file <br />b:gemratescc 10 <br />
