CITY OF GEM LAKE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 117 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 60 TO INCREASE REQUIRED <br />CONTRIBUTION LEVEL FOR CHARITABLE GAMBLING LICENSES. <br />The City Council of the City of Gem Lake does hereby ordain: <br />Section 1. Amendment. Gem Lake Ordinance No. 60 is amended. as follows: <br />Section 12. Proceeds to City From Gambling Devices. Any qualified charitable <br />organization selling and/or operating gambling devices in "on -sale" liquor establishments <br />located in the City of Gem Lake shall remit quarterly to the City two pefe-ent+- °/ etfle ten Percent (10%1 of its net profits <br />gross 12rofits less amounts expended for allowable expenses and paid in taxes assessed on <br />lawful gambling!) from the sale or operation of gambling devices within the City of Ciem <br />Lake.
