CITY OF GEM LAKE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 115 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 68 TO INCREASE PENALTIES FOR <br />VIOLATIONS OF THE TOBACCO ORDINANCE. <br />The City Council of the City of -Gem Lake does hereby ordain: <br />Section 1. Amendment. Gem Lake Ordinance No. 68 is amended, as follows: <br />Section 11.1.1. Licensees. Any Licensee and any employee of the Licensee found to have <br />violated this Ordinance shall be charged an administrative fine of Five Hundred ($500.00) <br />Dollars for a first violation of this Ordinance; One Thousand <br />($1.000.00) _ Dollars for a second offense at the same premises of the <br />licensed Retail Establishment within a twenty-four (24) month period: and, One Thousand <br />($1,000.OU) 0) Dollars and a license suspension of not less than <br />seven (7) days for each subsequent offense at the same premises of a licensed Retail <br />lstablishment within a twenty-four (24) month period. <br />Section 2.
