City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2010 — 07 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO USE <br />GAMBLING FUNDS AND PAY LAKE AREA TRANSIT BUS COMPANY FOR <br />'mE CITIES CONTRIBUTION FOR "fI-IE YEAR 2010. <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake participates in the Lake Area Transit Community <br />Bus Service, <br />WHEREAS, The City of Gem Lake awards to the Lake Area Transit Bus Company <br />$500.00, <br />13E IT RESOLVED, that the City Treasurcr is authorized to send to Lake Area Transit <br />Bus Company the amount of $500.00 for the cities contribution of the year 2010. <br />WHEREUPON, the above resolution was adopted at the May 18th, 2010 regular City <br />Council Meeting for the City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County Minnesota, made by Council <br />Member and seconded by Council Member <br />ATTEST <br />1, William Short, the duly qualified City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County of <br />Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a true and <br />accurate representation of action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem lake on <br />the date first written. <br />William Short, City Clerk <br />j <br />Date <br />
