CC city center district. <br />(c) Permitted accessory uses. .Permitted accessory uses are those existing on April 14, 1971 <br />within the boundaries of the city center. In addition, the following are permitted accessory <br />uses: <br />Adult uses. <br />Ground source heatpump systems in accordance with Section 24-404. <br />Solar energy systems in accordance with Section 24-406. <br />Sec. 24-146. MX Mixed Use Overlay District. <br />(e) PermittedAaccessory uses. Height limitation and setbacks for certain accessory structures. <br />(a) Accessory structures such as wifldiiiills, antennas; or other similar structures shall be limited <br />to 45 feet in height in all districts.
