CITY OF GEM LAKE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 120 (Summary) <br />SUMMARY PUBLICATION. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, § 412.191, a summary of <br />an ordinance may be published. While a copy of the entire ordinance is available without <br />cost at the office of the City Clerk, the following summary is approved by the City <br />Council and shall be published in lieu of publishing the entire ordinance: <br />Ordinance 120 prohibits the discharge or use of dangerous weapons within the City of <br />Gem Lake. The Ordinance provides exceptions to this rule for County or State -organized <br />hunting to manage wildlife populations, when approved by the City Council; defense of <br />people and property from vicious animals; and for law enforcement personnel in the <br />course of their duties. Violation of the terms of Ordinance 120 is a misdemeanor. <br />Ordinance 120 is effective upon its publication. <br />
