Lake, MN 55110-3227 <br />Telephone 651-747-2790 <br />E-mail Ci#y(c gernlakeMN.org <br />Minutes of Gem Lake City Council Meeting <br />21 July 2009 <br />The regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Gem Lake was called to <br />order by Mayor Uzpen on Tuesday, July 21, 2009 at 7:00 pm in the Gem Lake <br />City Hall meeting room. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Bob. Uzpen, Council members <br />Gretchen Artig-Swomley, and Jim Lindner. Council members absent were Chuck <br />Watson, and Tom. Rasmussen. Other members of the public were also in <br />attendance per the sign in sheet sent around the room. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA AND MEETING MINUTES. <br />City Council Agenda: Mayor Uzpen called for additions, deletions and <br />corrections to the agenda. No corrections or additions were added. Upon <br />motion by Artig-Swomley, and seconded by Lindner, the agenda was approved <br />for July 21, 2009. <br />City Council Meeting Minutes of June 16, 2009: Upon motion by Artig <br />Swomley, seconded by Lindner, June City Council minutes are approved with <br />corrections made. Ayes — 3, Nays - 0. <br />Planning Commission Meeting Minutes of May 5th and May 12t" Special <br />Meeting and June 2"d, 2009: The Planning Commission meeting minutes from <br />May 5, 2009 was not accepted and will present the corrected minutes at the <br />August 18, 2009 City Council meeting. <br />The Special Planning Commission meeting minutes on May 12, 2009 were <br />presented. Upon motion by Lindner and seconded by Artig-Swomley, the <br />minutes are approved. Ayes — 3, Nays — 0. <br />The June 2nd Planning Commission meeting minutes were presented to the <br />Council.
