CITY OF GEM LAKE, MN <br />4200 Otter Lake Road <br />Gem Lake, Minnesota 55110 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2009-08 <br />18 AUGUST 2009 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF CERTAIN FUNDS FOR <br />THE CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />WHEREAS, the 2009 General. Fund Budget included some operating transfers; and <br />WHEREAS, the 2009.General Fund is projecting a balance in excess of what is required to <br />maintain a sufficient fund balance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake <br />approves the following transfer of funds: <br />Fund <br />600 — Sewer Fund <br />100 — General Fund <br />402 City Ilall.
