Extract of Minutes of a Meeting of the <br />City Council of the <br />City of Gem Lake, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Gem Lake, Minnesota was duly held at Heritage Hall, on Tuesday, June 16, 2015, at 7:00 <br />o'clock P.M. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Uzpen, Council Members Artig-Swomley, <br />Lindner, Bosak and Kuny. <br />and the following were absent: None <br />During said meeting Lindner introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2015 - 10 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF <br />SENIOR HOUSING REVENUE REFUNDING NOTES, SERIES 2015, AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF DOCUMENTS RELATING THERETO <br />(ST. ANDREW'S VILLAGE PROJECT) <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Bosak, and after full discussion thereof and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof. Mayor Uzpen, Council Members Artig — Swomley, Lindner, Bosak and Kuny. <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />4629110 JSB MA355-7 <br />
