PRELIMINARY OFFICIAL STATEMENT <br />Bidders may obtain a copy of the Preliminary Official Statement relating to the Bonds prior to the proposal opening <br />by request from Ehlers at www.ehlers-inc.com by connecting to the Bond Sales link. The Syndicate Manager will <br />be provided with an electronic copy of the Final Official Statement within seven business days of the proposal <br />acceptance. Up to 10 printed copies of the Final Official Statement will be provided upon request.
