City of Gem Lake, MN <br />Resolution No. 2007-01 <br />January 16, 2007 <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE YEAR 2007 FOR <br />ACTIONS AND ACTIVIITES NEEDED FOR OPERATION AND SERVICES <br />PROVIDED BY THE CITY OF GEM LAKE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS, the attached 2007 Fee Schedule describes these actions and activities and sets the <br />fees necessary , <br />WHEREAS , this Fee Schedule shall be in effect for the period 01 January 2007 to 31 December <br />2007 or until revised, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake does <br />hereby makes, accepts and approves the attached 2007 Fee Schedule: <br />Final version 1/12/07 <br />
