RELEASE OF DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIONS AND COVENANTS <br />FOR <br />REPLACEMENT WETLAND <br />WHEREAS, that certain Declaration of Restrictions and Covenants for Replacement <br />Wetland (hereinafter "Declaration"), dated the 7th day of April, 2004, was filed with the Ramsey <br />County Recorder on the 1 P day of April, 2005, as Document No. 3848118; <br />WHEREAS, the Declaration was recorded against Lot 1, Block 1, Hillary Farm Addition; <br />WHEREAS, the Declaration was intended to have been filed against Lot 26, Block 1, <br />Hillary Farm Addition; <br />WHEREAS, contemporaneous with the execution of this Release Declarant is executing <br />and will file for record a Declaration of Restrictions and Covenants for Replacement Wetland <br />against Lot 26, Block 1, Hillary Farm Addition. <br />NOW THEREFORE, the Declarant hereby releases Lot 1, Block 1, Hillary Farm <br />Addition from the Declaration. <br />Date <br />COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) <br />) SS. <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />HILLARY FARM, LLC <br />By <br />R.
