VII. NOTICES <br />Any and all notices and demands by or from the TOWNSHIP, or by <br />or from the CITY, shall be in writing and shall be validly given or <br />made if served either personally or if deposited in the United States <br />mail, certified or registered, postage prepaid, return receipt <br />requested. If such notice be served personally, service shall be <br />conclusively deemed made at the time of such personal service. If <br />such notice or demand be served by registered mail or certified <br />mail in the manner herein provided, service shall be conclusively <br />deemed made forty-eight (48) hours after the deposit thereof in the <br />United States mail addressed to the party to whom such notice is to <br />be given. <br />to: <br />Any notice or demand to the TOWNSHIP shall be addressed <br />White Bear Township <br />1281 Hammond Road <br />White Bear Township, MN 55110 <br />Any notice or demand to the CITY shall be addressed to: <br />City of Gem Lake <br />4707 Highway 61 #253 <br />White Bear Lake, MN 55110 <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused this Joint Powers Agreement <br />to be duly executed as of the date and year first above written. <br />7 <br />
